Gandalf- 4666f5b08f split the game into a shared core and a site file, and credit the photographer of the photo shown 
game.js is now site-agnostic: names, thumbs, similarity, bands, the answer
pool, the distractor rule, credits and image paths all arrive through one
g_site object that site.js defines, loaded between data.js and game.js. The
diving repo vendors game.js and its spec byte for byte and supplies its own
site file.

On the way: the credit was looked up by position in the shuffled photo list,
so it named the wrong photographer whenever the shuffle moved the chosen
photo; the site now answers by photo id. An empty pool falls back to every
creature instead of wedging the page, and New Example remembers the photo on
stage instead of parsing it back out of the URL.
